Welcome to BidSH.IT, the Bid Search Hub. These terms apply whenever you browse the board, post a project, or join one as a bidder. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
BidSH.IT is a public list of construction projects that are out to bid. Anyone can browse it. Posting a project or joining one as a bidder requires a verified company email address. Your email domain is treated as your company, and everyone who verifies an address on the same domain appears under the same company card.
Listings are posted by users or gathered automatically from public bid advertisements, such as government procurement sites and the published bid pages of large contractors. We do our best to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing is correct, complete, or still open. Always verify the details at the original source before you spend time or money on a bid. Listings are removed about 60 days after their bid date passes.
When you post a project or join one as a bidder, you confirm that you have the right to share that information and you give us permission to display it publicly on the board and on pages that search engines can read. Contact names, email addresses, and phone numbers are shown on the live board but are left off the pages built for search engines. We may edit, hide, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings reported by the community.
Do not post fake or misleading projects. Do not spam the board. Do not harvest or scrape contact information. Do not resell data from the board. Do not interfere with the site or try to get around its verification steps and rate limits. We may block addresses, domains, or networks that abuse the board.
There are no accounts or passwords. We email you a 6-digit code, and entering it signs this browser in for up to 30 days. Posting a new project always asks for a fresh code. You are responsible for access to your own mailbox.
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to any bid, proposal, or contract between companies that find each other here, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any project. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the board or from any listing on it.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
